API Key Management
Like other public cloud providers, API Keys in SCloud are long-term credentials for an IAM user (main or sub-account). You can use API keys to sign programmatic requests to the SCloud CLI or API (directly or using the SCloud SDK).
Limitations
Each user can apply for a maximum of 2 (two) pairs of API keys.
Create a new API key
Step 1: open SCloud public cloud console and access API Keys management dashboard at https://console.scloud.sg/uaccount/api_manage
Step 2: Click A New Key
button to request for a new API Key
Step 3: New API key created & available in the list. New API key will be enabled by default!
Enable or Disable an API key
To enable a disabled API key, click Enable
button. To disable an enabled API key, click Disabled
button.
Delete an API key
From the API key listing page, click Delete
button and click OK to confirm (note that you can only delete disabled api keys).
